Life and Leadership Coaching
What if you didn’t have to hold it all together to be fulfilled in what you do?
You can handle a lot, but lately it’s costing you sleep, energy, and peace. You’re over-preparing, replaying conversations, and bracing for the next hard moment. I help driven professionals strengthen self-leadership and emotional steadiness so you can respond with clarity and confidence, even under pressure.
You can be successful and still feel stuck
From the outside, you look capable and composed. But internally, you may be carrying more mental weight than anyone can see, replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, and feeling like you can’t fully exhale both at work and in your home life.
When burnout shows up,
it’s often quiet
You might not be falling apart, but you’re functioning on fumes. Your mind stays “on” after hours, your patience is thinner than it used to be, and even small decisions feel unusually draining.
Confidence at work should feel steady, not fragile
Confidence at work shouldn’t require over-explaining, over-performing, or getting everything exactly right. It can come from self-trust and emotional steadiness, especially in the moments that matter: feedback, conflict, and hard conversations.
Self-leadership. Emotional steadiness. Self-trust.
A steadier way to respond
You don’t need more pressure or another plan to follow perfectly.
You need a steadier way to lead yourself through decisions, relationships, and the moments that usually send you into overthinking.
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response.”
-Viktor Frankl
Here’s how we’ll work together
We’ll take this one step at a time, getting clear on what’s happening beneath the surface and practicing new ways of responding that feel steady and sustainable.
Name what’s happening
beneath the surface
We slow down and notice the patterns that keep showing up, the overthinking, the stress response, the inner pressure, the parts of you that jump in to protect you.
Strengthen self-leadership and emotional steadiness
This is where you learn how to stay with yourself in hard moments, so feedback, conflict, and uncertainty don’t automatically send you into a spiral.
Practice new responses in the moments that matter
Together, we apply what you’re learning to real situations, career paths, leadership pressure, difficult conversations, personal relationships, and the places you want to show up differently.
Ways I can support you
If you’re not sure which type of support fits, that’s okay. Most clients start with a conversation, and we’ll find the right starting point together.
-
For career crossroads, big decisions, and the internal pressure that makes it hard to move forward. We create clarity and a grounded next step.
-
For women leaders who want to lead from their wiring and gifting, grow with confidence, and find joy and fulfillment without overfunctioning, second-guessing, or burning out.
-
For strengthening emotional steadiness and self-leadership, especially in feedback, conflict, difficult conversations, and leadership pressure.

This support is ideal when leaders are spending more time solving personnel challenges than business challenges. It gives your people tools and accountability that strengthen morale, cohesiveness, and performance.
Meet Amy Racki
I help driven professionals strengthen self-leadership and emotional steadiness so you can respond with clarity and confidence, even under pressure.
After 18 years in the corporate world, I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, navigate complexity, and keep showing up even when you’re running on empty. I speak real life at work — the meetings, the leadership pressure, the people dynamics, and the decisions that follow you home.
What makes my coaching different is that we don’t just talk about what you should do. We pay attention to what’s happening inside you when stress hits, when confidence wobbles, or when old patterns take over. As a licensed counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, and formal training in mental health, I bring a deeper lens to the parts of you that are running on autopilot, even when those strategies are costing you sleep, peace, or presence.
This is coaching you can use on a Tuesday afternoon, in a meeting, in a hard conversation, at home, or right before you hit send on the email you’ve rewritten five times. You’ll leave our sessions with clearer language for what you’re experiencing and practical tools you can use in all aspects of your life.
Ready for a clearer way forward?
If you’re carrying a lot, you don’t have to keep doing it alone. A discovery call is a simple first step, a space to share what’s been feeling heavy and start getting clear on what support could look like.
Coaching is offered virtually, with limited in-person availability in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
