Life and Leadership Coaching Services

What if decisions didn’t take up so much space in your head?

You can be capable and experienced and still feel mentally maxed out. Replaying conversations. Second-guessing your next move. Carrying decisions longer than you want to.

I help driven professionals strengthen self-leadership and emotional steadiness so you can respond with clarity and confidence, even under pressure.

If any of this feels familiar, you are in the right place…

You do not need to be in crisis to want support. Many clients come when things are “fine,” but not sustainable.

You desire more balance in your work life and
personal life

Right now you feel pulled too thin and like you are having to choose between work and personal life. You’re craving more balance between the two.

Confidence at work feels harder than it used to

Confidence at work can start to feel tied to over-preparing, over-explaining, or getting it “right.” You want something steadier than that.

You are carrying more responsibility than people realize

You want to do it well, but the mental load keeps growing.

You are torn between staying the course and making a change

Part of you wants to keep growing. Another part is paying attention to your health, your values, and what you want life to look like long term.

How coaching works

We will take this one step at a time, getting clear on what is happening beneath the pressure and practicing new ways of responding that feel steady and sustainable.

Individual Coaching Services

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out trying to balance the demands of work and life, you are not alone. Many professionals reach a point where success on paper does not match how life feels internally.

Small group consulting

Healthy teams are only as strong as the emotional health of the individuals within them. Small group consulting helps team members build emotional awareness and practical skills that improve communication, boundaries, and day-to-day collaboration.

This support is ideal when leaders are spending more time solving personnel challenges than business challenges. It gives your people tools and accountability that strengthen morale, cohesiveness, and performance.

What your team can expect:

  • A clearer understanding of each person’s emotional health and stress patterns

  • Evidence-based, practical strategies to cultivate emotional health

  • Stronger communication and healthier boundaries

  • Clear goals and next steps for individuals and the group

  • Accountability, encouragement, and tools that can be applied immediately

Loaned Mental Health Officer

When HR teams are at capacity, leaders often need an external, impartial, confidential resource for support. A Loaned Mental Health Officer provides short-term or ongoing coaching for executives, team leaders, or employees navigating personal or work-related challenges that impact performance and wellbeing.

This option is designed to help individuals get back on track with greater clarity, stability, and emotional health.

Session options:

  • 30-minute or 50-minute sessions

  • One-time support or ongoing support based on need

My Approach

My approach is anchored in understanding what is going on inside of you so you can respond with more choice.

Emotional intelligence coaching

Emotional intelligence coaching helps you notice what is happening in real time and respond with intention. Especially in the moments you cannot rehearse. Feedback conversations. Conflict. High-stakes meetings. Leadership pressure. Relational challenges.

Internal Family Systems coaching (IFS coaching)

When helpful, I incorporate internal family systems coaching as a gentle lens for understanding the parts of you that react under stress. The part that overthinks. The part that performs. The part that tries to keep you safe by staying in control. This work builds self-trust and self-leadership over time, without forcing change.

Whole-Person Approach

My coaching considers all aspects of physical, mental, relational, and spiritual health. We are whole people and it is important to consider all aspects when becoming the people we want to grow to be so I take everything in when working with you.

Meet Amy Racki

Amy Racki with Racki Consulting, a leadership and personal coaching firm, smiling, leaning against a white wall, wearing a black leather jacket.

I help driven professionals strengthen self-leadership and emotional steadiness so you can respond with clarity and confidence, even under pressure.

After 18 years in the corporate world, I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, navigate complexity, and keep showing up even when you’re running on empty. I speak real life at work — the meetings, the leadership pressure, the people dynamics, and the decisions that follow you home.

What makes my coaching different is that we don’t just talk about what you should do. We pay attention to what’s happening inside you when stress hits, when confidence wobbles, or when old patterns take over. As a licensed counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, and formal training in mental health, I bring a deeper lens to the parts of you that are running on autopilot, even when those strategies are costing you sleep, peace, or presence.

This is coaching you can use on a Tuesday afternoon, in a meeting, in a hard conversation, at home, or right before you hit send on the email you’ve rewritten five times. You’ll leave our sessions with clearer language for what you’re experiencing and practical tools you can use in all aspects of your life.

Common Questions

  • I work with individuals who are dissatisfied with the status quo and long for greater confidence and balance in work and life. Many clients are women leaders in corporate and nonprofit roles, but my coaching supports any professional or individual, both men and women, who resonate with this work. Services include leadership coaching for professionals, 1:1 executive coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, and internal family systems coaching.

  • Most clients begin with a consult call. From there, I will recommend a starting point based on your goals and what you want support with. Some clients choose a focused season of career coaching for professionals during a transition, while others continue with leadership coaching services and leadership development coaching as their responsibilities grow.

  • This is coaching, not therapy. I provide professional coaching services that are supportive, practical, and growth-oriented. My approach is informed by mental health training, but coaching is not a substitute for therapy or clinical care. I’m also a licensed counselor and counseling services can be requested separately from coaching.

  • Books, tools, and leadership programs can be incredibly helpful. They often offer great ideas and language for growth. The difference here is individual attention and attunement.

In our work together, you are not applying general advice to your life and hoping it fits. I take time to listen, notice patterns, and help you uncover your unique wiring, strengths, and what is actually driving the heaviness you are feeling. I bring expertise from the field of mental health, real life experience in business, and steady accountability so you can translate insight into real change.

Take the next step

A discovery call is a simple first step, a space to share what’s been feeling heavy and start getting clear on what support could look like for you in this season.
